VIC BAY WHOLESALERS is a promotional clothing wholesaler that is supported by TRADELINK TEXTILE INDUSTRIES (as the product supplier). They are the leading manufacturer and wholesaler of cotton t-shirts and pique knit golf shirts in Africa. The manufacturing operations are situated in George in the Western Cape in the heart of the picturesque garden route. 

The production process is fully vertically integrated and consists of several manufacturing operations which cover the full spectrum of textiles and clothing production, i.e. yarn spinning, fabric knitting, fabric dyeing and finishing and cutting and assembly of garments.

 Controlling each of the manufacturing processes has enabled us to control it's destiny in critical areas such as product quality, product availability and costs. 

 YARN

Our 100% cotton yarn of various tex counts. Our yarn is subjected to stringent quality tests to ensure customer satisfaction.

FABRIC

We produce cotton fabrics of various qualities, which are available in a wide range of colours. Our fabric is used in a variety of products and in a number of well-known brands and trade marks.

COMMISSION DYEING

We offer a commission dyeing service where we dye and finish customers' own fabric at competitive prices. This service is used by several reputable clothing manufacturers. 

GARMENTS

Pure cotton T-shirts and Golf shirts of superior quality and superior consistency and printability. 

Garments are marketed under the VIC BAY trademark and are offered
in adult sizes ranging from S to XXXL. Kids t-shirt sizes range from 2/3 years to 
13/14 years.

• VIC BAY LIGHT - 145g comfy fit t-shirt, ideal for the promotional industry. These are available across the standard colour range with additional colours on request.

• VIC BAY HEAVY - 180g premium comfy fit t-shirt available in black, white, navy, red and royal. Additional colours are available on request.

• VIC BAY JUNIOR - 180g comfy fit style t-shirt with sizes from 2/3 to 13/14 years. These are available across the standard colour range with additional colours on request.

• VIC BAY GOLFER - 190g premium comfy fit pique, 3 button box-stitched placket, available across the standard colour range with additional colours on request.

• VIC BAY JUNIOR GOLFER - 180g single jersey fabric, with sizes ranging from 5/6 to 13/14 years, available in trendy colours.

Below you can see our state of the art spinning mill where cotton yarn of various tex counts are spun.

Our dye house and finishing plant where fabric is dyed to SABS standards for colour fastness and fabric is pre-shrunk to ensure stability. We are also Edcon approved and undergo bi-annual checks to ensure that we are up to date and the standards are above requirements. We also offers a commission dyeing service from this facility.
